The country’s leading cement brand Seven Rings Cement recently organized a Dealer Conference with the slogan ‘Durbar Jatrar Sharothi’ at a Five Star Hotel in Cox’s Bazar. 180 distributors from Dhaka plant have participated in this 3-day-long event.

With the theme “Together on the Path of Victory,” the Chattogram Region Dealer Conference of the country’s leading cement brand, Seven Rings Cement, was recently held at the five-star Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf in Sylhet. This vibrant two-day event saw the esteemed participation of distributors from Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Feni, Noakhali, Lakshmipur, and the Chattogram Hill Tracts, along with their families.
The event was conducted under the supervision of Mr. A.B.M. Iftekhar Alam Siddiqui, Senior General Manager – Marketing, Sales, and Distribution (Chattogram Region), along with other senior officials.

Seven Rings Cement Dealers’ Night 2025 Concludes in Dhaka
With the theme “In Success, Together,” the country’s leading cement brand, Seven Rings Cement, recently organized the vibrant “Dealers’ Night” at a five-star hotel in Dhaka. Esteemed dealers from southern and northern regions of Bangladesh attended the colorful event.
The event commenced with a welcome speech delivered by Mr. Md. Harun-ur Rashid, Chief Marketing Officer (SCBL & SSCML).
The special highlight of the evening was the presence of Seven Rings Cement’s brand ambassador and captain of Fortune Barisal, Tamim Iqbal Khan, along with other players from the Fortune Barisal team. Tamim Iqbal Khan addressed the dealers with a heartfelt speech and expressed his gratitude to the management of Seven Rings Cement for sponsoring the Fortune Barisal team. During the event, Tamim Iqbal Khan presented a jersey and helmet signed by the Fortune Barisal players to the Managing Director of Seven Rings Cement, Ms. Tahmina Ahmed, who was the chief guest of the program.

Mr. Saif Rahman, Director of Shun Shing Group, Attends Dhaka Roundtable on Ethical Shipping
A roundtable in Dhaka, organized by YoungShip Bangladesh in collaboration with the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network, addressed the urgent need to combat corruption and enhance transparency in Bangladesh’s maritime industry.
Mr. Saif Rahman, Director of Shun Shing Group Bangladesh, highlighted common issues such as delays, bribery, and unnecessary expenses related to government permits and document processing. He also pointed out the vulnerability of the sector to manipulation due to the lack of transparency, particularly with invoice manipulation and under-invoicing by importers. Mr. Saif Rahman, along with other speakers, emphasized the need for strong anti-corruption policies and training programs to encourage ethical practices in the industry.
Other notable participants included Commodore (Retd) Syed Ariful Islam, Project Head of Maritime Anti-Corruption Network Bangladesh; Farida Yesmin, Country Head of APL Logistics; and Obaidul Bashir, Chief Engineer and Ship Surveyor at the Department of Shipping.
Tanjil Ahmed Ruhullah, President of YoungShip Bangladesh, emphasized the role of ethical shipping in enhancing Bangladesh’s global competitiveness. Honorable Managing Director of SEVEN RINGS CEMENT, Co-Founder and Vice-Chairman of Hong Kong-based Shun Shing Group, eminent industrialist Mr. Mohammed Ali Pasha passed away on Friday (24/02/23) at 7:20 am local time in Hong Kong. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Rajiun. Mr. Mohammed Ali Pasha was born in 1955 in Anwara, Chattogram.He was 68 at the time of his death.He left behind his wife, 3 children, and countless devotees. We pray for the forgiveness of his departed soul.

An event of Doa and Milad Mahfil was held on 7th April, Friday at the ‘Sena Malancha Convention Center’ in Dhaka in remembrance of the departed soul of our beloved Co-Founder and Vice-Chairman of Shun Shing Group, Hong Kong, and Managing Director of Shun Shing Group, Bangladesh Operations, Mr. Mohammed Ali Pasha.
The family members and friends of the deceased attended the ceremony along with the Board of Directors of Shun Shing Group, Hong Kong & Bangladesh operations, respected leaders of the Bangladesh Cement Manufacturers Association (BCMA), senior officials from various financial institutions and banks, officials from SEVEN RINGS CEMENT, valued dealers, corporate customers, and senior officials from many organizations.
On behalf of the family, Mr. Sakib Pasha, Director of Shun Shing Group, Hong Kong, Mr. Ikram Ahmed Khan, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Shun Shing Group, Hong Kong, and Shun Shing Group, Operations Bangladesh, and Additional Managing Director of SEVEN RINGS CEMENT, Ms. Tahmina Ahmed spoke on the life and work of the late Mr. Mohammed Ali Pasha.
