Job Descriptions:
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure seamless office operations.
- Supervise general office operations, including facility maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
- Manage office budgets and procurement processes.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective services.

Educational Background:
- Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Management)
Experience:
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Administration, Office Management, Facility Management, or similar roles in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience in managing office operations, assets, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Strong experience in coordinating with internal departments and cross-functional teams.
- Practical exposure to managing office maintenance, utilities, safety guidelines, and resource optimization.
