Seven Rings Cement convened a two-day business session titled “Blueprint for Growth” on October 25–26 at Fortis Downtown Resort, Dhaka, bringing together regional managers and sectional heads from across the country. All RSM’s, Deputy Managers & Sectional heads from both Seven Circle (Bangladesh) Limited & Shun Shing Cement Mills Limited attended the program. The program focused on reviewing performance, addressing on-ground challenges, and finalizing actionable plans to accelerate growth in the coming quarters.

The training focused on equipping regional managers and sectional heads with practical tools to execute the “Blueprint for Growth” plans finalized during the business session.
The immersive program covered teamwork leadership mindset, communication excellence, negotiation skills, performance coaching, and execution discipline. Participants engaged in role-plays, case exercises, and action planning to translate strategy into field-ready behaviors.
The training through manager-led coaching huddles, monthly skill refreshers, and data-driven performance reviews to ensure sustained impact.
