Executive (Fire Safety System)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor fire safety systems, respond promptly to alarms, coordinate with emergency services, conduct system tests, and ensure the facility’s compliance with fire safety regulations.
2. Perform both technical tasks, such as maintenance and troubleshooting, and operational tasks, including emergency response and reporting.
3. Carry out scheduled inspections of the control room and BMS-connected equipment to identify any malfunctions or abnormalities.
4. Report and coordinate repair and maintenance activities as required to ensure the proper functioning of all systems.
5. Strictly adhere to control room norms, work practices, protocols, and maintain the confidentiality of recorded footage and related data.
6. Perform recording, visual inspection, and personnel tracking solely for operational purposes.
7. Configure surveillance modules for object detection, attribute recognition, or facial analysis reporting.
8. Prepare and submit reports to management on safety-related issues.
9. Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and respond immediately to any emergency or abnormal situation.

Additional Requirements:

• Proven experience in emergency dispatching, fire control room operations, or other relevant fields.
• Strong knowledge of fire detection, protection, and control systems, along with emergency response procedures.
• Practical experience in operating network surveillance systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing camera control interfaces and related equipment.
• Proficiency in handling LAN, WAN, and other network connectivity equipment.
• Experience in the maintenance and installation of Fire Protection and Detection Systems in accordance with NFPA and BNBC standards.
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, IP camera, and NVR systems effectively.
• Willingness to work in shifts and rotational rosters, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
• A Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or HSC qualification with at least 5 years of related experience.
