We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and motivated professional to join our Shipping Agency team. This role provides excellent exposure to vessel operations and coordination with key maritime authorities, offering strong career growth opportunities in the shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend vessels at anchorage/jetty for inward and outward formalities
- Communicate effectively with local and international principals
- Coordinate with Port Authority, Customs, Shipping Office, and Mercantile Marine Office
- Prepare operational reports and summaries
- Draft Statements of Facts (SOF) and Laytime Statements
- Handle crew change formalities and related documentation
Requirements
- Age: 28–35 years
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in shipping agency operations (preferred)
